TJ Addington
For 30 years, TJ has traveled internationally and domestically training leaders and consulting on ministry issues. He has consulted with numerous ministries, non profits and small businesses. He has led small, medium and large organizations.
He helps organizations find clarity of purpose and direction, develop meaningful strategy, build healthy teams, develop healthy cultures,and has extensive experience in leadership and governance issues. TJ also works with organizations who are going through transition or who are struggling with problems needing resolution. His passion is to help individuals and organizations go to the next level.
Kevan Grinwis
Kevan has worked for more than 15 years in development and leadership serving both the private and non-profit sectors. As a leader in business and in the non-profits, he has served in many varying roles which have allowed him to build a broad skill set including organizational leadership, business development, coaching, marketing, branding, and public speaking.
He has served in high level executive roles, is an accomplished writer and speaker, and has served on the Board of Directors of multiple organizations both as an officer and as a board member.
He has a tremendous heart and passion for seeing men and women attain their God-given purpose and potential as they grow in everyday life.
